I'm so proud of having dinner with my Swedish colleagues.
Most important, the Swedish colleague paid for this. ^^
The orange juice was so yum. But you gonna pay for a pot even thought you already order an extremly expensive meal set.
Woolong tea
I fancy ginger slice and chilli big time.
Basil dumplings

The stuff inside, plenty of basil. The nice flavour of basil last in your mounth.
So juicy
It wasn't enough for us, so we ordered three steamer more!
Fried Abalone Mushrooms in salty egg yellow sauce.
The thousand year egg ! The spiciest dishes among all, we cannot handle it!
But that's my favorite!
The skin of jellyfish, crunch texture.
Stired seafood with chives.
Chicken with seawood and bamboo shoot. The chicken was so tender. Yum!
Three-Cup frog.
It stands for fried with one cup of soy sauce, one cup of sesame oil,and one cup of rice wine.
We took two cars to the restaurant.
Since we(Taiwanese) were late, the Canadian colleague ordered the three Cups frog b4 we arrived.
When the waiter served food, we all shock!
Swedish colleagues didn't dare to eat, and I also didn't like it.
The joke :
In Taiwan, chicken pronunciation is "Ji" and the frog pronunciation is "Tian Ji".
He thought it is the same , so he made a mistake for ordering this dish.
Here is the frog leg, that might be too scary.
Stewd fish with Luffa & Goji.
The waiter specifically said that luffa came from Penghu, the offshore island in Taiwan.
Crab. But my Swedish colleagues didn't like seafood so much.
The restaurant provide professional tool for us easily get crab meat out.
(Just like what I design fixture for my colleagues as well)
Dongpo pork with bok choy
The waiter splited this dish into 10 portions, served with steamed buns.
Ginseng chicken soup.
Sesame rice ball in fermented sweet soup.
I reckon this was the most delicious dish!
Breaded purple sticky rice cake, it's a traditional Taiwanese food in Chinese New Year.
Wondering why it showed up in this kind of restaurant.
The breaded flour was a little thick....
Cutting art of fruit presentation.
A rabit. It's not just pretty but also easy to eat.
I wish one day my wife wound be capable of cutting fruit like this!
Dian Shui Lou's Business card is writting they are scored 5 star in Taiwan restaurant.
Today this meal is about 13,000 NT.
